• ● No copyright-infringing material. Only post text, images, or content that you own or have the legal right to share.
• ● No politically sensitive, obscene, or unlawful content of any kind.

4. Community Conduct

• ● Treat all members with courtesy and respect, regardless of their travel experience level or background.
• ● Do not engage in vote manipulation — using multiple accounts or other means to artificially upvote your own content is prohibited.
• ● Report content that violates these Terms using the report feature. Do not attempt to handle disputes yourself.
• ● Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotion of any business or service.

5. Intellectual Property

• ● Content you post on AskYatri remains your intellectual property. By posting, you grant AskYatri a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.
• ● AskYatri's name, logo, design, and codebase are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

• ● AskYatri reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
• ● Accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned at our sole discretion.
• ● We are not obligated to provide advance notice or a reason before taking moderation action.
• ● All moderation decisions are final and at the sole discretion of AskYatri's team.

7. Disclaimers

• ● AskYatri is a community-driven platform. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-submitted content.
• ● Travel information may be out of date. Always verify critical information — road conditions, permits, weather, safety advisories — from official government or tourism sources before travelling.
• ● AskYatri is not responsible for any loss, injury, inconvenience, or damage arising from travel decisions made based on content found on this platform.
• ● The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ● To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskYatri and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• ● Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AskYatri (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
